When their alarm goes off, they hit the snooze button. This only adds to the stress of the day.

Instead of feeling relaxed for the day, you turn to a cup of coffee to help you. It doesn't matter if you get 4 or 8 hours of sleep, you still feel anxious and stressed.

But guess what? You continue to do this same ritual day after day.

I first started doing a morning routine 2 years ago. It wasn't until a year ago that I noticed that every area of my life had become better.
